At WSSC Federal Credit Union, our top priority is always the safety and security of both our members and employees. Please know that credit union leadership is closely monitoring the progression of Coronavirus, as well as staying up-to-date with recommendations and best practices issued by the Centers for Disease Control and other health experts. We also have extensive plans in place to provide continuous account access in the event the virus progresses.

At this time business is continuing without interruption at our WSSC Water – RGH Building/Laurel location, and we intend for that to continue. Please keep in mind however that access to the building may be restricted by WSSC Water during the course of the next 30 days. We encourage our members to contact us before coming to the building. Based upon Reid Temple AME Church’s and the Credit Union’s COVID-19 response plans, the Reid Temple office will be closed from March 13-March 22. The ATMs at both locations will be operational.

We proudly provide our members with banking technology that allows them to conduct transactions remotely if need be. As a result of this, we encourage our members to practice social distancing when possible.
