Please complete a WSSC FCU verification form with your:

  • current address
  • personal e-mail (your work or Business e-mail will not be counted)
  • cell phone number

then sign up for e-Statements and two or more of our other electronic services (Direct Deposit, Visa® Debit Card, ABBY, or Bill Payer) to have your name entered in a drawing for the chance to win a $50 or $100 American Express Gift Card, or a grand prize of an Apple iPad 3!

For all forms that are returned completed, we will deposit $1.00 to your credit union savings account.

All forms must be returned to the credit union office by mail, e-mail, fax, or in person no later than the close of business, Friday, August, 31, 2012.

Please do not put your account number on this form, we will identify your account when we confirm your information.

*Your account must be in good standing.  Only one deposit per Member.  Other restrictions may apply.
