Exciting New Changes have come to WSSC FCU’s Online and Mobile Banking!

On March 22, 2022, the Credit Union upgraded its Online and Mobile Banking platforms to bring more features and functionality to our members! This change did not affect wallō, our card control app.

The upgrade gives our Online and Mobile Banking platforms not only a new look and feel but also new functionality in Mobile Banking that was previously limited to Online Banking. Specifically, the ability to access your WSSC FCU credit card and make transfers to accounts of other members.

There has been a slight delay in loading eStatements, however we will make them available back to January 2021 for all members enrolled in our new platforms as of April 20, 2022. If you have a special need prior to that date, please contact us. You will be automatically signed-up for eStatements and eNotices when you enroll.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO (if you have not enrolled in the new platforms):

If you had linked your credit card to our Online Banking prior to the upgrade or had enrolled in the Credit Union’s BillPay service, you do not have to take any action, as those enrollments were carried over to the new platforms.

If you have not already done so, you will need to enroll in the new platforms. You may complete the process through either platform. Your Username and password will carry over from one platform to the other, after enrollment. Please use your WSSC FCU account number as your initial Username. You will be prompted for the other information needed to complete the process. For more details on how to enroll for the new Online and Mobile Banking services, please click here.

If you have been using our ProPay service to pay your WSSC FCU loan from another financial institution, we ask that you make payment through Online or Mobile Banking exclusively, going forward. Doing so will help ensure accurate and timely posting of your payments. If you had recurring payments set-up prior to the upgrade, please stop them, and set them up again within one of the platforms. This will ensure that each payment is linked directly to the loan being paid. We will no longer accept credit card payments through ProPay. Such payments will have to be made through our wallō app or through the credit card link inside Online and Mobile Banking. Please contact us for additional options available to pay your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience.
